Patson Kaendesa is a Public Health, Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), and Disaster Management expert. He has vast experience working in government, local authorities, International NGOs and UN, at various managament levels in West Africa, South East Asia, Middle East, North Africa and Zimbabwe. Patson holds MSc in Disaster Management, a BSc (Honours) in Environmental Health, A Diploma in Environmental Health, Post Graduate and Professional Certificates in Project Management

Tsitsi Chikonyora

Tsitsi Chikonyora is a Gender Specialist. She has vast experience in Gender, with field experience in designing implementation and evaluation of Gender and Women’s Rights programs. Experience in handling Gender Based Violence Cases and the referral pathway. Tsitsi holds BSc (Honours)in Sociology and Gender Studies, Diploma in Education, Certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation, Certificate in Project Management, Certificate in Systemic Counseling, Certificate HIV/AIDS Counseling. She is currently Studying MSc in Disaster Management now doing Dissertation

Daniel Kambiri

Daniel Kambiri is a developmental expert who graduated with a Master of Science in Development Studies (National University of Science and Technology), Bachelor of Arts in Development Studies (Midlands State University), Executive Certificate in Humanitarian Assistance and Programme Management (University of Zimbabwe). Currently he is doing Executive Master in Business Administration with Africa University within the College of Business, Peace, Leadership and Governance. He has seven (7) year progressive professional experience in Water, Sanitation and Hygiene in both rural and urban communities at national and sub-national levels for both developmental and emergencies WASH programmes. He also has extensive experience in Food Security, gender issues, governance and civil society engagement.

Innocent Chimonyo

Innocent Chimonyo is an educationist who has vast expertise and experience in the disability and inclusion field. Has vast experience working in government, NGO and International NGO mainly in the disability sector at various management levels. He is a PhD candidate with the university of Zimbabwe in the area of disability and education management. He holds an MSc in Strategic Management, MSc In Counselling, Bachelor’s Degree in Education, a Diploma in Disability and Special Education and a Diploma in Education. He has vast programme design, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation expertise.

 

Evyline Chingono

Evyline Chingono is a finance professional who holds a MBA majoring in Financial Services, ACCA and Bachelor of Accountancy Honours. She has over 20 years’ experience within the finance field,  +15 years of which working in the development sector (including Humanitarian context). She has worked in different Senior Finance and Administration Management / Programme roles, managing various large and complex donor funded projects at values up to +US1bn annual programme budgets. This includes provision of technical support to teams and acting as advisor to the management on budget related matters. 
Areas of expertise include Funds management (including Consortiums, Pooled Funds, Thematic Funds & Humanitarian Funding), Partnerships Management, Business Services Management, Mergers & Confederations, Strategic Planning, International Agency Accounting, and general accounting.
Within the development sector, she has worked for the UN, ActionAid, Oxfam GB, Zimbabwe Aids Network and Practical Action. Evyline offers commitment, organization, passion, and professionalism.  She is a person of positive mind with a passion of making positive changes in people’s lives and an ability to manage complexities with results oriented approach.

Jonah Tendere

Mr Jonah Tendere is a holder of MSc Disaster Management- NUST, BTech Honors- Environmental Health Science – NUST and HND Environmental Health – Bulawayo Polytechnic. He is Resilience and Disaster Risk Reduction specialist, with over two decades of related strategic, programme management and advisory experience including planning and coordination, monitoring, learning and evaluation, as well as capacity building, including training and tools development, in development and humanitarian contexts.
His expertise covers leading teams and providing technical advice and accompaniment to national, regional and international teams and projects in Africa and Asia, for both government and INGOs. He has done preparedness emergency response, relief, recovery and training in Zambia, Tanzania, Ghana, Myanmar, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Kenya, Sierra Leone and Mozambique. He has vast experience in working in fragile states and spaces championing climate change and climate adaptation issues. Moreover Mr Tendere has been an advisor to the government’s response to the mudslide and flash floods disasters in Sierra Leone and a key player of Sierra Leonne National Disaster Preparedness and Response platform for the Office of National Security. He is very proficient in building effective cross-sector partnerships, identifying synergies and fostering knowledge exchange.
Goldman Munjoma

Goldman Munjoma is an Entrepreneur and was once employed by the government of Zimbabwe as an enumerator at the central statistical office. He has also worked for different NGO’ with one of them taking him to Mozambique (Quilimane to train Enumerators). He was also involved in coming up with research tools for the ministry of health through an NGO in its HIV/AIDS research. He is also the current chairman of Marondera Residents and Ratepayers Association. 
Goldman holds (3) Diplomas namely Group Diploma in Marketing Management, Diploma in Personnel Management and Diploma in Business Management.

Taurai Maja is a Governance Specialist who graduated with a Master of Public Sector Management, Bachelor of Social Science in Sociology and Psychology and a Diploma in Business Management and Administration. He has progressive experience in Local Government Systems and Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) sector. His achievements includes Programme and Field Operations Management and Administration in the humanitarian and development sectors, at both national and international levels; successful track record of developing and implementing high quality, transformational and innovative Field and Programme Operations systems (administration, finance, human resources, contracting, contract management, supply chain management, safety and security) in both emergency and development contexts. He also has extensive experience and expertise in programme development, coordination and implementation management in Rural and Urban development contexts, including governance, civil society engagement, resilience building, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning.
